WHAT DO I WEAR?
Gym wear or loose comfortable clothing so that the affected area/s can be exposed as much as is decently possible e.g. flip flops, shorts, strap top, tracksuit etc. For reconditioning and performance work, gym wear/trainers would be ideal.
WHAT SHOULD I DO ON ARRIVAL?
Arrive a couple of minutes early in case we need to complete any registration details with you. Please bring your camera phone in with you (if you have one) as we like to video your exercises.
IS THERE FREE PARKING?
At our Wellingborough Clinic: Free reserved parking is available directly outside the clinic and throughout Nene Court Retail Park.
IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
Yes, we are located on street level and all on one ground floor. There is a small ramp to help over the threshold which may require assistance. Our team would be more than happy to help.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
Outside of the 24hr period, there is no charge, within 24hrs you will incur full cancellation charge or a 50% reduction if you rebook immediately. Please note in most cases cancellation charges are not covered by your insurance provider.
DO YOU OFFER A HOME VISITATION SERVICE?
Yes. There is a home visitation service within a 15-minute radius of each of our locations. We can operate further afield, subject to requirements and agreed rates.

I AM CONSIDERING PURCHASING A PACKAGE, WHAT ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS?
For a package of treatment, payment is made in advance and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment you must do so outside of the 24hr period, within 24hrs you will lose a session from your package. Packages must be used within a certain time frame. Please refer to the Price List for details. Packages are non-transferrable.
