WHAT DO I WEAR?

Gym wear or loose comfortable clothing so that the affected area/s can be exposed as much as is decently possible e.g. flip flops, shorts, strap top, tracksuit etc. For reconditioning and performance work, gym wear/trainers would be ideal.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO ON ARRIVAL?

Arrive a couple of minutes early in case we need to complete any registration details with you. Please bring your camera phone in with you (if you have one) as we like to video your exercises.

At our Wellingborough Clinic – please wait in our reception area.

At our Northampton Clinic – please wait on the lower level floor, in the waiting area outside our room and the Physio will come and get you when they are ready.

 

IS THERE FREE PARKING?

At our Wellingborough Clinic: Free reserved parking is available directly outside the clinic and throughout Nene Court Retail Park.

At our Northampton Clinic: Two hours free parking is provided by Soo Yoga. Please visit the main reception and provide your car registration details.

 

IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?

At our Wellingborough Clinic – Yes, we are located on street level.

At our Northampton Clinic – Yes. However, as we are located on the lower level, you will need to access us from the lower level of the car park. Please call the team on arrival on 07725 037 985  or 01604 621004, so we can assist.

 

HOW LONG IS MY APPOINTMENT?

Please refer to the Price List for appointment durations.

 

WHAT OTHER FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE CLINIC?

At our Wellingborough Clinic – we are located on the Nene Court Retail Park with a number of individual shops, cafes, businesses on our door step.

At our Northampton Clinic – we are located within the family wellbeing centre, Soo Yoga, home to a healthy café, Soo Greens, a creche and changing/shower facilities.

 
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY TREATMENT?

Debit/Credit Card. Cash. Apple Pay. BACS.

We also work alongside many health insurance providers. Please check with us and your provider before booking.

DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE COVER?

Yes, we work with many health insurance providers. Please check with us and your provider before booking.
 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

You can do this via our Online System, alternatively you may email us at info@stronglines.co.uk or call on 01933 228 520. If outside of opening hours, please ensure you leave us a voicemail.

 

Outside of the 24hr period, there is no charge, within 24hrs you will incur full cancellation charge. Please note in most cases cancellation charges are not covered by your insurance provider.

 
DO YOU OFFER A HOME VISITATION SERVICE?

Yes. There is a home visitation service within a 15-minute radius of each of our locations. We can operate further afield, subject to requirements and agreed rates. 


HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

You may do this via our Online System, and make the necessary changes under your Account Details. Alternatively call us on 01933 228 520 or update us during your next appointment.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD FOR THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM?

Please follow the 'forgotten password' prompts. Any difficulties please contact us on 01933 228 520 and we will be able to assist you. 

 

I AM CONSIDERING PURCHASING A PACKAGE, WHAT ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS?

For a package of treatment, payment is made in advance and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment you must do so outside of the 24hr period, within 24hrs you will lose a session from your package. Packages must be used within a certain time frame. Please refer to the Price List for details. Packages are non-transferrable.
