WHAT DO I WEAR?
You must arrive dressed ready for your session in gym/active wear or loose comfortable clothing so that the affected area/s can be exposed as much as is decently possible e.g. flip flops, shorts, strap top, tracksuit etc.
WHAT SHOULD I DO ON ARRIVAL?
Please arrive at the time of your session. Only bring items necessary for your appointment and please come alone (unless under 16 or require a chaperone). Please bring your camera phone in with you (if you have one) as videoing your exercises is most effective.
IS THERE FREE PARKING?
Free reserved parking is available directly outside the clinic and throughout Nene Court Retail Park.
IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
Yes, we are located on street level. There is a small ramp to help over the threshold which may require assistance. Our team would be more than happy.

DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE COVER?
Yes, we work with many health insurance providers. Please check with us and your provider before booking.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
You can do this via our Online System, alternatively, you may email us at email@example.com or call on 01933 228 520. If outside of opening hours, please ensure you leave us a voicemail. Please do not use text message.
Outside of the 24hr period, there is no charge, within 24hrs you will incur a full cancellation charge or a 50% reduction if you rebook immediately. Please note in most cases cancellation charges are not covered by your insurance provider.
During these times cancellation due to symptoms/self-isolating will not incur cancellation charges. Although in some cases the session may still be carried out virtually.
DO YOU OFFER A HOME VISITATION SERVICE?
Yes. There is a home visitation service within a 15-minute radius of each of our locations. We can operate further afield, subject to requirements and agreed rates.
